Jurlique Calendula Redness Rescue Restorative Treatment Serum is a botanical soothing gel concentrate that comforts the skin by providing hydration and calming benefits. The formula features Jurlique’s Comfort Complex, which contains calendula extract to soothe skin sensitivity, marshmallow extract for intense hydration, chamomile extract to hydrate and calm, and Echinacea extract to rebalance oiliness. Skin is left deeply restored, hydrated and comforted.<\/p>\n

My Verdict<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Like most women I am very committed to caring for my skin and we often self diagnose our skin issues. Along with marketing hypes and word of mouth from friends\u2014obviously this is before the internet took over the world and you can google everything, I tried many different types of products which claims to cure my sensitive skin and nothing seemed to work.<\/p>\n

I never really gave the Jurlique Calendula Redness Rescue Restorative Treatment Serum any thought as over the years all the products which had the label for sensitive skin never worked for me. It was all a coincidence when I went into Jurlique store to purchase the Moisturising Cream Mask (The only Jurlique product I used at the time) and they had a promotion for spending a certain amount and you\u2019ll get 3 of their full size products free and the Jurlique Calendula Redness Rescue Restorative Treatment Serum was one of them.<\/p>\n

At the risk of my skin turning red and getting irritated I decided to use the serum for the very first time. It was very light weight, the smell was pleasant and not heavily perfume which was reassuring that it should be okay to use on my sensitive skin. When I put the serum onto my skin it did felt watery and light weight. There\u2019s no sticky feeling after applying and it didn\u2019t cause any immediate irritations.<\/p>\n

After 6 months of continuous usage day and night I notice a dramatic difference to my skin. Firstly my skin does not get allergies as often which means the serum has help restore the skin\u2019s epidermal defences making it more resilient and less sensitive. My skin feels sooth and hydrated even during winter, when it would usually be problematic. I can honestly say this is the holy grail for dry sensitive skin and I will continue to use this serum until I find something even better.<\/p>\n

I would put on double layer of the Jurlique Calendula Redness Rescue Restorative Treatment Serum during winter time or when skin feels dry and finish off with a rich moisturising cream.<\/p>\n
